"Bader Field" by Carl David will be featured in the Philadelphia Daily News this coming Saturday, April 11, 2009. If you cannot procure a copy of the newspaper you can still read the story on line by going to www.philly.com and clicking on "The Philadelphia Daily News." I was photographed by the newspaper's photographer as I stood at the end of the now defunct runway, holding up the book, while answering questions from the journalist. The historic city now replaced by a reinvented landscape of modern architecture, loomed somewhere deep in the background behind the dreary cloud covered drizzle. Afterward, over breakfast the interview continued and as I answered the multitude of inquiries, the grander purpose of the book became very transparent. Enjoy! Carl |

Carl David, author of "Bader Field" has just been photographed and interviewed by the Philadelphia Daily News. The article will appear in the newspaper this coming Saturday, April 4th, 2009. Carl was photographed at the end of the runway at Bader Field, holding the book proudly in his hand while being interviewed. Questions about the book, the airport and the fourth generation family art business were the main focus.
